Luggage Policy

Sedans and Luxury Sedans have been allowed a maximum of 4 passengers with space for 3 standard size luggages only. If you want to fit in more people and more luggages, then the SUVs would be perfect since they can accommodate 6 people with sufficient space for 6 luggages of standard size.  

Credit Card Policy

This policy requires the customers to provide their credit card or debit card's information because of the pre-approval. The policy of pre-approval guarantees a hold of an amount equivalent to 150% of the quoted fare is placed on the card. This is done to secure things like the gratuity, the total inclusive of tolls, waiting time and additional stops. Three to five days after the payment has been made, the hold is released after the trip.  

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your trip, then you should do so beforehand. For cancelling a trip, you can email or call the customer service representative and get your booking cancelled. If not, additional fees will be charged. There are some specifications when it comes to cancellation. If you are cancelling a pick-up from New York City 5 Boroughs including the Airports, then you need to cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled time. If you are cancelling for a pick up from Westchester, Connecticut, Newark Airport or New Jersey, then you need to do it at least 6 hours before the stated time. No Show

If the passenger happens to be absent on the scheduled time, the pick-up service will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes and then the passenger will be regarded as a no-show. The full fare will be charged in that case. To avoid this, the customer can always inform Newark Airport Car Services prior to the scheduled time and rearrange the schedule if required.  

Disclaimer

It is important to state that Newark Airport Car Service cannot be and will not be held responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused during the journey, for late arrivals or delayed services. The damages of the customer are limited only to the value of unused ticket which has been bought from Newark Airport Car Service. No consequential damage due to the transportation service can be used against Newark Airport Car Service. It is recommended that the customer makes a Call at 1-718- 304-7604 to check the availability of the car if the booking needs to be done on the same day or 12 hours prior to the flight.
